You will analyze data sources, validate results, and present findings to drive organizational decisions with a strong focus on dashboards and data visualization.

The role requires collaboration across internal/external teams, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency with data tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four years of related experience or equivalent.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong data understanding and interpretation.
• Experience with dashboards and data visualization tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with OLAP tools and databases.
• Knowledge of SQL, R or SAS/SPSS.

Responsibilities

• Data Management: review data sources, prep necessary data, ensure completeness/accuracy.
• Analytics and Technical Acumen: perform analysis, document methods and sources.
• Analytics/Reporting Tool Development & Training: develop and deliver analytics tools.
• Effective Communication: present findings, tailor to audience, document outcomes.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
