Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of related experience or equivalent
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of data types and data reliability
• Strong problem solving, data collection, analysis and interpretation
• Strong understanding and use of dashboards and data visualization tools
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Proficiency with OLAP tools and databases
• Knowledge of SQL, R or SAS/SPSS

Responsibilities

• Data Management: identify data sources, prep data, ensure completeness and accuracy
• Analytics and Technical Acumen: perform analyses, document methods and data sources
• Analytics/Reporting Tool Development & Training: develop self-service reporting tools and deliver training
• Effective Communication: present findings and ensure business objectives are met
• Manage data integrity and reproducibility across projects
