Job summary

NBCUniversal's Global TV Distribution division seeks an Assistant Manager to service broadcast and library TV materials for EST, VOD, SVOD, and AVOD clients. You will set up timely deliveries per contractual terms and coordinate across Sales, Legal, and Finance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least one year in videotape or digital operations, with strong MS 365 skills and a willingness to work in Universal City, California in a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of videotape or digital operations experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Word, and OneNote.

Responsibilities

• Research material availability and meet timelines.
• Investigate and resolve material rejections.
• Respond to client inquiries within SLA and manage questions about NBCUniversal products.
• Maintain status reports on licensed products, delivery requirements, and servicing across clients.
• Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance to ensure license approvals before delivery.
• Assist in metadata and art delivery when needed.
