NBCUniversal Global TV Distribution seeks a Manager, Contracts to support the VP, Business and Legal Affairs—Global TV Distribution. You will lead drafting, review, and administration of television license agreements across global channels and platforms, while mentoring the Contracts Specialist team and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in contracts, business affairs, or legal administration within entertainment.
• Extensive experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents with strong judgment and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated leadership and people-management experience, including mentoring and developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead drafting, review, negotiation, and administration of licenses for film and television content across global distribution channels.
• Prepare short-form license agreements, deal memos, amendments, and other legal documents as needed.
• Identify and resolve complex business and legal issues; provide guidance to sales, marketing, technology, and admin teams.
