State Farm seeks an experienced Trial Attorney for our Los Angeles Claim Litigation office. The role offers ownership of cases, active participation in trials, and collaboration with dedicated support staff while maintaining file ownership.

The successful candidate will have prior complex litigation exposure, strong writing and communication skills, and a California license in good standing. Hybrid work arrangement applies, with in-office and remote components.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant litigation experience in insurance defense or related fields.
• Recent trial experience, including complex cases beyond bench trials.
• Experience trying cases as first or second chair is preferred.
• Active California law license in good standing.

Responsabilidades

• Manage litigation and related assignments per Law Department guidelines.
• Prepare and summarize reports for legal proceedings.
• Develop trial strategies and progress cases through litigation stages.
• Attend and participate in trials, mediations, depositions, and hearings.
