Qualifications

• Familiarity with Lexis or Westlaw.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry, claims and defense litigation.

Responsibilities

• Represent commercial insureds in moderate to high complexity General Liability and Commercial Auto cases.
• Prepare and file pleadings, conduct legal research, and handle hearings and trials.
• Perform investigations, pre-trial discovery, and post-trial activities as appropriate.
• Ability to work remotely via video conferencing and computer-based systems, while maintaining independence and team collaboration.
