• 2+ years of legal or law firm experience.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload.
• Ability to multi-task and complete work in a timely and efficient manner.
• Experience with e-filing and court communications.

Responsibilities

• Process trial results and update ProLaw.
• Draft, Serve and E-File Court ordered notices.
• Add trial dates to ProLaw and calendar.
• Communicate with clients and courts via email and phone.
• E-Filing documents and follow up with clients on stipulations.
• Prepare cases for trial and assemble summaries and discovery.
