Columbia Bank is seeking a Treasury Sales Analyst to partner with Treasury Management Officers on growth strategies for commercial and real estate clients within the Columbia Bank footprint. This role focuses on delivering sales materials, pricing analyses, client support, and revenue growth across a hybrid in-office and remote schedule.

The ideal candidate will have a BA degree, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced banking

Qualifications

• BA degree required (Business, Accounting or Finance preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to develop an independent viewpoint and present a business case to support conclusions.
• Ability to thrive in a high pace environment and solve problems with little direction.
