Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Manager to lead non-audit engagements across treasury reporting, governance, processes, controls and transformation. You will drive treasury reporting, accounting policies and information reviewed by external auditors, while guiding ICFR, SOX and IPO readiness initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of treasury reporting, governance, processes or controls, with ICFR and/or SOX experience.
• Experience developing or reviewing treasury reporting, accounting policies, covenant reporting, control documentation or information used by external auditors is advantageous.
• Experience gained in consulting, assurance, audit, internal controls or a treasury/finance role.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of treasury reporting and advisory work, including management reporting and treasury accounting policies.
• Assess and improve treasury governance, processes and controls through ICFR, SOX, internal audit, IPO readiness and controls transformation.
• Deliver targeted treasury financial reporting support, including hedge accounting advice and complex transaction analysis.
• Support treasury functions across debt management, financial risk management, cash and liquidity, treasury technology and reporting from an Assurance perspective.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies and senior stakeholder communications.
• Build client relationships and contribute to proposals, campaigns and new service development.
• Coach colleagues and promote an inclusive, high-performing team environment.
