Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an Associate Director to lead our Global Information Reporting practice in London. You will own client engagements, develop new offerings, and drive cross-functional collaboration across tax, technology and regulatory change.

The role requires strong leadership, program management, and a track record in business development, with a focus on FATCA, CRS and related regimes. You will mentor junior staff and shape our market-facing services while working in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Technical oversight across FATCA, CRS, MDR, DAC 7, QI, CESOP, CARF or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and manage multi-jurisdictional teams.
• Track record in developing new propositions and client proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new service offerings with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality tax advice reducing client risk while balancing cost.
• Manage delivery of clients' tax obligations and ensure timely outputs.
• Direct multi-disciplinary teams including global delivery centres.
• Coach and support career development of Analysts, Consultants and Managers.
• Drive business development and contribute to proposals and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to manage engagements and assess risk.
