Union Bank & Trust Company in Lincoln, Nebraska is seeking a Product Integration Specialist to lead projects for Treasury and Payments teams. You will partner with PMO, IT, Compliance and other departments to implement new products, define business requirements, test solutions and drive process improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in bank operations or project management, and strong knowledge of banking regulations and payment technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years previous bank operations, project management, research, and analytics experience preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, Fiserv, and other company software.
• Strong understanding of emerging payment technologies and how to implement them in a way that is profitable and compliant required.
• Proficient in banking regulations.

Responsabilités

• Lead project initiation, planning, execution, status updates and delivery for Treasury and Payments projects.
• Track project activity, manage issues and risks, and facilitate day-to-day coordination.
• Collaborate with PMO, Treasury and Payments, IT, Marketing, Compliance and vendors to capture business needs and define requirements.
• Identify and implement potential efficiency enhancements in Treasury and Payments.
• Review product upgrades and releases and provide recommendations to stay current.
• Coordinate training, documentation, UAT, troubleshooting, and change management for new solutions.
• Develop knowledge of Treasury and Payments software and business analytics reporting (including data reporting).
• Ensure adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
