Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, CS or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• CTP certification preferred but not required.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Operations, Customer Support or Technology.
• Experience in financial services, ideally in Commercial products and services.
• Ability to partner with cross-functional teams across business lines, UX, sales, technology, operations, risk management and data teams.
• Excellent documentation, attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to influence and build relationships with business line partners and technology leadership.
• Ability to drive process improvements and implement new workflows.
• Ability to translate complex concepts for sound business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical demos and provide expert guidance during the sales consultation process.
• Maintain deep DIS capability expertise and serve as SME on complex implementations.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Product Engineering and IT Support for feedback loops.
• Drive deposit growth and higher DIS utilization through portfolio insights.
• Support end-to-end product development and ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Identify scalable integration opportunities and reduce manual processes.
