Union Bank & Trust is seeking a Product Integration Specialist to drive treasury and payments projects from initiation through delivery. You will collaborate with multiple bank teams, vendors, and IT to implement new solutions and optimize processes.

Required are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years in bank operations/PM, and strong knowledge of financial technologies and regulations. Hybrid work arrangements may apply after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years previous bank operations, project management, research, and analytics experience preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, Fiserv, and other company software.
• Strong understanding of emerging payment technologies and how to implement them in a way that is profitable and compliant.
• Proficient in banking regulations.

Responsabilités

• Lead project initiation, planning, execution, and delivery for Treasury and Payments projects.
• Track project activity, manage issues/risks, and coordinate day-to-day progress.
• Collaborate with PMO, Treasury/Payments teams, IT, Marketing, Compliance, and vendors on product implementations.
• Identify efficiency enhancements and stay current with product upgrades and releases.
• Coordinate testing, training, documentation, UAT, and change management for new solutions.
