Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive treasury experience with debt/credit facilities.
• MBA or related finance degree required.
• Experience leading multi-currency, multi-entity treasury operations.
• Hands-on treasury management systems expertise, especially Reval.
• Proven track record mentoring teams and translating vision into plans.
• Experience in PE-backed or high-growth infrastructure businesses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Treasury Operations and TMS with continuous improvement.
• Own end-to-end TMS deployment for debt, credit facilities, LC, and derivatives.
• Collaborate with banks and internal teams to optimize cash and reporting.
• Drive automation using AI and workflow tools.
• Prepare liquidity, leverage, and risk analyses for leadership.
• Develop and mentor treasury staff and build scalable controls.
