Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or higher.
• 10+ years of progressive experience delivering MI transportation (MDOT) projects.
• Michigan PE license required.
• Experience as project manager or lead roadway engineer on MDOT projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to strategize and implement project pursuits and delivery.
• Build and nurture relationships with external and internal clients.
• Supervise and guide staff through design and plan development.
• Lead design phases for roadways, highways, and interstates from concept to final design.
• Create plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates per requirements.
• Coordinate with reviewers and disciplines to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Contribute to proposals for project pursuits and support PMs.
• Organize and manage project documentation.
