Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in transportation engineering, including roadway design and project management.
• Professional Engineering License (PE).
• Strong ability to build and maintain client relations and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct design/construction bid documents for transportation projects (roadway).
• Present at meetings with clients and the public.
• Maintain project budgets and schedules.
• Mentor staff and provide guidance on workloads.
• Prepare project scopes and proposals and contracts.
• Maintain communication with municipalities and regional agencies.
