Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering or equivalent.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• PE license or ability to obtain.
• Experience managing transportation projects and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise preparation of design and construction bid documents for transportation projects (roadway, multi‑modal).
• Present at meetings with clients and the public.
• Maintain project budgets, schedules, and progression.
• Mentor staff, manage workloads, and resolve issues.
• Prepare project scopes and budgets for proposals and contracts.
• Maintain communication with municipalities and regional agencies.
