Job summary

Benesch, a growing planning, engineering, and professional services firm, seeks a Transportation Project Manager in the Atlanta region (hybrid with Augusta option). You will lead transportation projects, manage teams, budgets, and client relationships while staying hands-on in design and engineering.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, 8+ years of transportation experience, and a PE license in Georgia is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years of transportation engineering, project development, and delivery.
• PE license in Georgia is desirable.
• Experience with Georgia DOT and local agencies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation projects and project teams, budgets, and schedules.
• Provide technical leadership and contribute to design and engineering work.
• Manage relationships with public and private-sector clients.
• Identify opportunities and support business development and pursuits.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary efforts to deliver integrated projects.
• Represent the firm at industry events and with clients.
