Impellam Group seeks a Project Manager II to provide strategic project tracking and technical support for high-priority transmission projects, focusing on substation and line standards deployment and material readiness.

The ideal candidate blends electrical engineering fundamentals with PM experience, moving between detailed analysis and executive discussions, identifying risks, and translating complex conditions into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to communicate complex technical and project information with senior leadership.
Electric utility transmission PM experience; Bachelor's Degree.

Responsabilités

Provide technical and execution support for transmission projects; track issues, risks, milestones and ensure in-service dates.
Improve material readiness by aligning engineering, schedules, and Supply Chain for long-lead equipment needs.
Collaborate across Engineering, Project Management, Controls, Construction, Transmission Operations, Planning and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
Develop project analyses, risk summaries, dashboards and executive presentations.
