Job summary

The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex utility infrastructure projects, coordinating with multiple teams, and maintaining alignment on scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading transmission, substation, or utility infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of utility capital project lifecycles and construction workflows.
• Proven track record coordinating multiple stakeholders and contractors.
• Familiar with scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting tools.
• Strong leadership and communication across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through planning, engineering coordination, construction, and closeout.
• Develop scope, schedule, budget, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement, and environmental teams.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation.
• Lead contractor coordination and project status reporting.
• Facilitate meetings, reviews, and issue resolution.
• Support change management, budget forecasting, and schedule recovery.
