Job summary

Sargent & Lundy is seeking a seasoned professional to manage the execution of multiple transmission and distribution projects in a hybrid work environment. You will coordinate with internal and external teams to drive project lifecycle from planning to closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include leading multi-disciplinary teams, mentoring staff, maintaining client relationships, and delivering clear reports.

Qualifications

• BS degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program or a management/business degree.
• 10+ years in the electric utility industry (engineering, construction, planning).
• 7+ years in Project Management of Utility Transmission projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution, contract administration, planning and resource management.
• Own all aspects of project performance including safety, schedule, budget, reporting and client experience.
• Direct and mentor the project team to ensure accountability and development.
• Build strong relationships with client leads and stakeholders.
• Drive safe, on-time, within-budget project completion.
• Support KPI reporting for schedule and budget.
