MEAG Power is seeking an Operations and Maintenance Coordinator in Atlanta, GA. The role oversees supervision, planning, and contract administration of transmission facility maintenance, coordinating field and administrative O&M activities to support reliability and regulatory compliance.

The incumbent will supervise contractors, schedule outages, manage MARs, and ensure accurate billing and documentation. A bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of related experience are required.

Qualificações

• Requires a bachelor’s degree plus 5–7 years of related work experience.
• Strong mathematical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of electrical equipment and equipment operation and maintenance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products and database experience.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; flexible to changing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises contractors performing maintenance on substations and transmission lines; verifies progress and expediting materials.
• Coordinates outages and submits work clearances with system operator.
• Manages MARs, tracks status, and ensures timely completion.
• Maintains MMS system and ensures preventive maintenance schedules.
• Prepares Work Orders/POs and processes approvals as needed.
• Maintains compliance with regulatory standards and audits invoices for proper coding.
