You will partner with business, data, and technical teams to architect analytic solutions that support enterprise data modernization and clinical workflows.

Qualifications

• A relevant bachelor's degree with at least 12 graduate hours in clinical or bioinformatics, or seven years of translational informatics experience.
• Strong leadership, written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with informatics methods, data governance, data migration, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead data readiness and governance activities for the FIMS/ACIM program.
• Assess data quality and support source-of-truth decisions and migrations.
• Develop analytics solutions to enable successful implementation and adoption in healthcare IT.
• Design and optimize workflows by translating knowledge into clinical/workflow solutions.
• Collaborate with data scientists, domain experts, and developers to deliver translational informatics solutions.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (bioinformatics, clinical informatics, biomedical engineering, computer science, health sciences, nursing, pharmacy)

PhD or master's degree with five years' translational informatics experience
