Job summary

V2X is seeking a Training and Event Coordinator to support learning events onsite and virtually in the Greater Hartford, CT area.

You will configure courses in the LMS, manage calendars, coordinate catering and materials, assist presenters, and generate reports, ensuring security and data policies are followed. This role requires strong communication, time management, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in logistics and multi-event delivery.
• LMS knowledge is preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Proficient with SharePoint or other collaboration tools.
• Excellent business writing and verbal communication.
• Independent worker with strong accountability.
• Strong time management and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Configure courses in the LMS and manage notifications.
• Coordinate onsite and virtual event logistics.
• Set up classrooms and support orientation for new employees.
• Assist presenters with A/V connections and issue resolution.
• Prepare training and billing reports.
• Manage Zoom delivery, attendance, polls, and recordings.
