Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain statewide TMC procedures, SOPs, and training materials.
• Monitor statewide traffic operations and support coordination across RTMCs/DTMCs.
• Analyze traffic data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare reports, action plans, and training modules for personnel.
