Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of related experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer in Minnesota or ability to obtain within six months.
• Experience in design and plan development for traffic signals and lighting.

Responsibilities

• Lead traffic related design and plan development.
• Conduct analyses using simulation and modeling software.
• Create plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
