Job summary

TEGNA is seeking a Continuity Coordinator to manage traffic copy for multiple properties with a strong emphasis on accuracy and organization. The role supports internal sales teams and external agencies while ensuring timely delivery of materials.

Based in a hybrid setting, you will collaborate with the Continuity Manager and various teams to maintain smooth operations and uphold high standards. Requires attention to detail and proficiency with WideOrbit and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in traffic or sales support in broadcast, cable or radio.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to work effectively under deadline pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Execute the entry of traffic instructions for commercial copy with high accuracy and top-tier customer service.
• Confirm commercial copy from delivery systems, FTP, and outside sources.
• Retrieve information on traffic instructions and materials and ensure material locations are up-to-date.
• Ensure commercial materials are received and downloaded by the daily deadline.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers in a professional manner.
• Build and maintain relationships with TEGNA teams and Streaming Center.
• Provide backup support to maintain high standards across properties.
