Job summary

Insight, a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator, seeks an Events Specialist for tradeshow planning and execution. You’ll coordinate industry and partner events, align with marketing, sales, and partners, and manage timelines, budgets, and logistics to deliver polished experiences.

You will work with multiple teams to ensure on‑brand messaging, attendee engagement, and post‑event follow‑through, while maintaining strong vendor relationships and cost controls.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience supporting corporate events, industry tradeshows, partner events, conferences or B2B activations.
• Experience with tradeshow planning, exhibitor portals, sponsorship deliverables, booth services and onsite logistics.
• Strong attendee experience, booth operations, sponsor execution and post‑event follow‑through.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of industry and partner tradeshow events and booth activations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define goals, messages, timelines and budgets.
• Outline timelines, milestones, and deliverables from planning through post‑event wrap‑up.
• Coordinate registration, hotel blocks, shipping, lead retrieval and onsite materials.
• Review contracts, sponsorships and vendor agreements with internal teams.
• Coordinate with show organizers, exhibit houses and production partners for onsite success.
• Support booth staff needs, lead capture processes, and attendee engagement activities.
• Create registration pages, manage attendee lists and reporting for events.
• Lead post‑event debriefs with insights and recommendations for future events.
