Job summary

SHRM is seeking a Specialist, Event Engagement to plan, coordinate, and execute attendee experiences across executive gatherings to large conferences. You will contribute to event branding, attendee engagement, vendor coordination, and live production to deliver cohesive experiences.

This role requires a creative, highly organized event professional able to manage multiple priorities and translate concepts into engaging experiences.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Three+ years in a similar event or PR/Marketing role preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement event branding across all assets (print, digital, onsite).
• Support production: run-of-show, scripts, and on-screen graphics planning.
• Coordinate internal partnerships to bring programs and brands to life at events.
• Coordinate external vendors for deliverables and onsite execution.
