DWS Group in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Trade Support Analyst to join the U.S. Investment Operations team. You will handle post-execution trade lifecycle tasks across MBS, Money Market, Fixed Income, and Equities, ensuring timely confirmation, settlement, and risk mitigation.

The role requires collaboration with Portfolio Managers, Traders, and global operations. Experience with Aladdin, SWIFT, and trade messaging is preferred; strong client service and problem-solving skills are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or 2–3 years of relevant financial industry experience.
• Experience with fixed-income instruments and the trade lifecycle.
• Ability to discuss trade topics with stakeholders and work across teams.

Mansioni

• Support Fixed Income, Equities, and Liquidity Management desks with trade matching, transmission, confirmation, and settlement.
• Coordinate with brokers and custodians to ensure accurate trade dates and risk mitigation.
• Monitor Aladdin Dashboard and SWIFT/ADX queues to prevent failed trades.
• Prepare daily/monthly reports and communicate settlement issues to custodians.
• Identify process improvements and participate in working groups addressing operational breaks.
