Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical program management, with a strong focus on system level hardware development.
• Proven track record in managing hardware development programs from concept through production.
• Solid understanding of hardware design, bring up, validation, and manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrated experience with material planning, supply chain coordination, and supporting high volume production ramp up.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Drive materials and dependencies between component suppliers and ODMs to ensure on time deliveries through all hardware development phases EVT, DVT, PVT, MP.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams and suppliers to support TPMs in executing multiple NPI programs.
• Manage team action items and ensure prompt follow up to facilitate on time program delivery.
• Own and update SOT Source of Truth schedules from vendors to Meta core team at weekly update meetings.
• Format and maintain documentation with guidance from the TPMs.
• Gather and consolidate feedback from the engineering team for recurring updates to management and broader organization.
• Help manage general busy work that keeps programs on track and aligned.
• Ensure key project documentation and timelines are up to date and accurate.
