Job summary

AMS Impact Group (AIG) is seeking an experienced Tier 2 IT Support Technician to provide advanced technical support across multiple AMS campuses in Tempe, AZ. This role serves as the primary escalation resource for Tier 1 technicians, handling complex incidents and ensuring reliable IT services.

The ideal candidate will support Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, manage device configurations, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in IT support or desktop support.
• Experience resolving escalated hardware, software, identity, access, printing, and network issues.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and ChromeOS, plus iOS and Android.

Responsibilities

• Provide escalation support for Tier 1 technicians and resolve complex incidents.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, identity, endpoint, and network issues across Windows, ChromeOS, iOS, and Android.
• Support campus technology systems, onboarding, deployments, and inventory management.
