Thomson Reuters Corp. is seeking a Global Large Law Manager for the Deal Desk in a hybrid role based in Eagan, MN. You will lead a team of commercial experts, guiding complex, strategic deals and ensuring alignment with policy and profitability.

Responsibilities include coaching leaders, optimizing processes, and partnering with Finance, Legal, Product, and Pricing to accelerate deal flow while maintaining governance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; six+ years in Deal Desk or related roles; strong governance and process knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with complex deal structuring, contracting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Deal Desk team to enable timely, compliant deal execution.
• Structure complex deals to protect objectives and deliver a strong customer experience.
• Advise on negotiation strategies and deal execution with sales leaders.
• Drive governance, processes, and automation to improve deal velocity.
• Mentor team members and accelerate cross-functional collaboration.
