Job summary

You will design testing plans, organize scenarios, and coordinate multi-divisional testing. The position emphasizes identifying gaps, coordinating upgrades, and partnering with business consultants to ensure effective testing outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and one year of full-time professional work experience in tax administration and/or business analysis.
• Substitution of Education for Experience: Graduate coursework may substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis to a maximum of one year.
• Substitution of Experience for Education: Qualifying full-time professional work experience in tax administration and/or business analysis may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis to a maximum of four years.

Responsibilities

• Creates testing plans for TR3 service packs, upgrades, and various projects.
• Maintains and organizes TR3 testing scenarios, categorizing scenarios by business division and/or functional impact.
• Reviews and identifies gaps within TR3 testing scenarios, such as: the omission of penalty and interest.
• Coordinates multi-divisional testing for changes and corrections to TR3.
• Works with business consultants to create valid testing scenarios for new functionality and processes.
• Facilitates assistance for testers when system and process related questions arise.
• Facilitates external party testing and outside vendor testing.
• Coordinates configuration changes and corrections to TR3.
