Responsibilities

• Carry the booth conversation past small talk into next steps.
• Push Interpersonal Skills adoption so the CA team stops flying blind.
• Negotiate renewals before the sales marketing contract goes quiet.
• Sniff out the Leadership gap that's leaking deals at handoff.
• Mentor junior reps on outreach cadence and objection handling.
• Collaborate with product teams to position new offerings in the Lancaster region.
• Build the campaign calendar that keeps Lancaster, CA pipeline full year-round.
• Write follow-ups that get answered, not the ones that get ignored.
