Job summary

County of Marin seeks a Technology Systems Coordinator to drive modernization within the Community Development Agency. You will assess processes, identify tech solutions, and coordinate with Information Services and the Digital Innovation Office to implement improvements.

The role reports to the Assistant Director and will interact with multiple divisions to bridge leadership gaps and ensure successful project delivery. Hybrid work is available with in-office requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of management principles including project management and budgeting.
• Experience with information systems support and analysis.
• Understanding of computer systems, networks, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology modernization improvements within the Community Development Agency.
• Assess processes and supporting technology, identify solutions, and manage implementation.
• Collaborate with divisions and IT to develop recommendations and coordinate projects.
