Brunswick Corporation, Mercury Marine, is seeking a technically skilled professional to serve as the primary contact for Consumers, dealers and boat builders. The role combines remote work with periodic travel to Fond du Lac, WI, and other locations, delivering prompt, accurate technical support and exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in marine tech, familiarity with Mercury products, and the drive to achieve certifications (Mercury Certified Technician, Lean Six

Qualifications

• Graduate technical training preferred with hands-on troubleshooting ability.
• Experience servicing Mercury products is a plus.
• Ability to resolve complex customer issues with diplomacy and care.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and customer service to Consumers, dealers and boat builders.
• Respond promptly to customer contacts via telephone, fax, email and MercNET.
• Own customer complaints and drive them to resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of all communications with customers.
• May review warranty and approve/deny claims as needed.
• Travel to support field issues as required.
