Mercury Marine in Fond du Lac, WI is seeking a Customer Experience specialist to work with Dealers, Boatbuilders, and Consumers to establish eligibility for extended service Engine coverage and pricing for different contract levels.

Responsibilities include understanding contract requirements, explaining coverage, resolving customer issues, and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Excellent customer service skills and strong phone etiquette
• Detail oriented with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Mercury Marine products and services

Responsibilities

• Understand contract requirements and coverage options
• Explain coverage inclusions/exclusions across products
• Identify, research and resolve customer issues promptly
• Collaborate with teams across departments
• Participate in projects including testing
• Provide customer support to ensure satisfaction
• Develop materials to promote promotions and specials
• Coordinate with State Insurance Regulatory Agencies for license accuracy
• Perform other departmental duties as assigned
