Job summary

Brunswick Corporation – Mercury Marine in Fond du Lac is hiring for a Customer Experience professional to work with Dealers, Boatbuilders and Consumers to establish eligibility requirements for extended engine coverage and pricing for different contract levels.

With 1–3 years of customer service experience and a high school diploma (college degree preferred), you will handle inquiries, explain coverage, and support a fast-paced call center while contributing to marketing efforts and

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ prior customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree is highly preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Detail oriented, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high volume call center environment
• Familiarity with company products and services
• Ability to manage 40-50 calls per day

Responsibilities

• Understand contract requirements and coverage options
• Knowledge of products across offering to explain coverage inclusion/exclusions
• Identify, research and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
• Work closely within the team and with other departments
• Participation in departmental and/or company projects including testing
• Provide customer support in all areas to ensure customer satisfaction
• Develop marketing materials to promote sale specials and promotions
• Regularly work with State Insurance Regulatory Agencies to ensure License paperwork is accurate
• Perform all other departmental related duties as assigned or requested
