iManage is seeking a Customer Support Engineer in Chicago, IL for a full-time in-office role with in-person days on Tuesdays and Thursdays to collaborate with peers. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is required.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of SQL database technologies.
• Knowledge of web technologies such as IIS and Apache Tomcat, XML, HTML, JavaScript and/or VBScript.
• MCSE, MCP or MCSA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving software and configuration issues in complex multi-tiered application environments.
• Developing and maintaining deep technical knowledge of the iManage product suite.
• Collaborating with customer engineers and system integrators to support complex deployments.
• Maintaining knowledge of Windows Servers, networking, databases, and web technologies.
• Developing, documenting, and publishing best practices, white papers, blogs, and solutions.
• Proactively assisting customers and internal teams to reduce problem occurrences.
