Job summary

Gong is hiring a Technical Support Associate to join our hybrid team in Lehi, UT. You will deliver top-tier support via email and calls, learn Gong products, and help customers integrate with telephony systems, Salesforce, and APIs.

You will collaborate with Success, Sales and Product to influence priorities and create helpful documentation. We value proactive, curious professionals who enjoy learning and can clearly explain technical concepts.

Qualifications

Strong communication and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Recent technical degree completed; eager to grow in technical support.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new skills and technologies.
Experience with telephony/web conferencing tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding support via email and calls for Gong customers.
Learn Gong products and common integrations (telephony, web conferencing, Salesforce, APIs).
Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Represent the Voice of the Customer with Success, Sales and Product teams to influence priorities.
Create resources like documentation or training materials to help customers and teammates.
