Mark Anthony Brands in Chicago, IL is hiring a Technical Program Manager for US Supply Chain IT to organize, manage and coordinate delivery of complex tech initiatives supporting the US Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams.

You will partner with Product, Engineering and Operations to ensure programs deliver measurable business value with disciplined governance and transparent updates. The role emphasizes cross-team collaboration, process improvement, and scalable delivery in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in portfolio, program, or complex project management in technology-driven environments.
• Strong governance and reporting capability (cadence, steering committees, risks/issues, exec-ready updates).
• Hybrid delivery experience working closely with project managers and delivery teams across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the US Supply Chain IT portfolio aligning with business priorities, capacity and budgets.
• Lead end-to-end execution across initiatives from intake to delivery with schedule and dependency management.
• Establish governance and cadence across the portfolio for transparency and predictability.
• Partner with Product Owners, Project Managers, and delivery teams to ensure disciplined delivery.
• Improve delivery processes, tooling and workflows (Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence) for visibility and efficiency.
• Provide portfolio updates, roadmaps and performance reporting to senior leaders.
