Job summary

Mark Anthony Brands Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager for US Supply Chain IT in Chicago. You will organize and drive complex technology initiatives supporting US Supply Chain and Manufacturing, partnering across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, establish governance, and ensure disciplined execution across multiple workstreams, while continuously improving delivery processes and reporting to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in portfolio, program, or complex project management in technology-driven environments.
• Solid technical foundation in enterprise platforms/operational systems; Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and/or ERP experience mandatory.
• Strong governance and reporting capability (cadence, steering committees, risks/issues, exec-ready updates).

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the US Supply Chain IT portfolio aligning with business priorities and budgets.
• Lead end-to-end execution across initiatives from intake to delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Establish governance and operating cadence across the portfolio to increase predictability and transparency.
• Partner with Product Owners and delivery teams to ensure disciplined delivery across initiatives.
• Improve scope, timeline, and budget tracking for measurable performance and early risk detection.
• Provide portfolio updates and roadmaps to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Drive delivery process improvements across tools like Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence.
• Identify and manage cross-portfolio risks, issues, and interdependencies.
