Job summary

Brown & Brown, Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Manager for Retail Data & AI Products. This hybrid role will lead large-scale data transformation programs across Atlanta, Dallas, and Daytona Beach, aligning data strategy with business outcomes.

You will drive end-to-end delivery of data platforms, AI initiatives, and analytics workflows, coordinating across engineering, analytics, and business teams to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field; 8+ years PM experience in data/analytics or enterprise tech.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale cross-functional data programs at scale.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, distributed systems, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale data programs (data platforms, lakes, pipelines, AI initiatives).
• Define scope, timelines, dependencies, and success criteria; manage cross-team coordination and risks.
• Translate strategic goals into execution-ready program plans and communicate business impact.
