Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Bachelor's degree in a financial or technical discipline.
- Solid understanding of computing and networking concepts.
- Experience with Linux operating systems.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Willingness to work weekends and night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Monitor health of applications, networks, and systems supporting the brokerage platform.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve operational issues.
- Participate in post-incident reviews with cross-functional teams.
- Provide second-level internal technical support to various teams.
- Monitor batch jobs and troubleshoot delays or failures.
- Develop and refine process monitoring tools and workflows.
- Serve as primary escalation point for brokerage system technical issues.
- Investigate and triage real time trade issues with internal/external parties.
