Responsibilities

Develop BIM and structural models for construction phase.
Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, engineers, designers, and modelers to plan and document digital implementation.
Audit models for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to standards.
Understand building systems and detailing conventions for constructability.
Maintain budgetary objectives of projects.
Perform other functions as needed.
