LRSolutions, LLC is seeking an Intermediate Technical Architectural Designer for either New York City or Maitland, FL location. The role focuses on technical design, site surveys, and construction documentation in corporate/commercial interiors, including retail banking interiors.

The candidate will work with a team across projects, ensuring code compliance and detailed coordination with clients and consultants. Hybrid schedule and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is required.
• 5–8 years of continuous professional technical experience in Corporate/Commercial Workplace/ Retail Interiors.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Solid understanding of contract documents and standards.
• Strong knowledge of x-refs, layers, and layer management.
• Knowledge of NYC Building Codes and NYC Zoning.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Technical, detail-oriented mindset with multitasking ability.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct site surveys and document findings.
• Perform site code reviews (egress, fixture counts, path of travel).
• Assist with budget scope drawings and specs.
• Coordinate technically with the design team.
• Prepare full construction documentation with detailing and specs.
• Coordinate with client, landlord, and consultants.
• Review and redline construction documents; issue distributions.
