Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking an Intermediate Technical Architectural Designer for our New York, NY office or Maitland, FL location. The role focuses on site surveys, construction documentation, and coordination with clients and consultants.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Architecture (MA a plus) and 5–8 years of related experience, with expert Revit and AutoCAD proficiency. The position is full-time, hybrid, with a comprehensive benefits plan.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Master’s degree a plus
- 5–8 years of continuous professional technical experience in Corporate/Commercial Workplace/Retail Interiors
- Expert proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
Responsabilités
- Site survey and documentation
- Prepare budget scope drawings and specifications
- Technical coordination with the design team
- Full construction documentation with detailing and specifications
- Coordination with client, landlord, and consultants
- Review shop drawings and submittals
- Attend weekly project meetings and respond to RFIs
- Site inspections and layout approvals
- Coordinate revisions, bulletins and addenda
- Punchlist inspection and project close-out documentation
