American Family Insurance is seeking an Associate Technical Analyst to support analysis, documentation, and delivery of technical solutions. You will partner with business and technical teams to translate needs into specifications, under guidance from senior engineers, in a hybrid role based in Madison, WI.

You will help clarify objectives, participate in design discussions, testing, and reviews, and contribute to project plans and status updates while building knowledge of business operations

Qualifications

Understanding of business analysis concepts and documentation techniques.
Ability to gather, organize, and analyze information using established processes.
Strong attention to detail to document requirements accurately.

Responsibilities

Gather, document, and organize business and technical requirements throughout the application lifecycle.
Support creation and maintenance of requirements docs, process flows, user stories, and specs.
Communicate updates and analysis results clearly to team and stakeholders.
Assist in estimating efforts and planning activities with analysis support.
