Job summary

Tyler Technologies, a leading software provider for local governments, seeks a Technical Services Support Specialist on the Enterprise Assessment & Tax team. You will help resolve client software issues, perform data analysis, and troubleshoot using multiple development tools.

This role follows a hybrid schedule: in-office Tuesday through Thursday and remote Monday and Friday, with opportunities to contribute to knowledge libraries and end-user training.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or equivalent experience.
1–2 years of relevant experience.
Experience with relational databases and SQL preferred.
Experience with HTML, XSL, XML, and related technologies preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced, technical environment.

Responsibilities

Resolve client software issues through data analysis and troubleshooting.
Use SQL to resolve basic to moderate issues.
Document all client interactions in designated systems.
Manage open calls by prioritizing issues per published policies.
Escalate when beyond ability and coordinate with senior/department members.
Contribute to company knowledge library and training for end-users.
